Racial “Cold War” in America

There is a racial “Cold-War” going on in America. In the past, White people openly lynched, torchered, and exploited Black People. Times have changed. Now, racists disguise their true intentions behind laws designed to allow police officers and vigilante White People to legally murder Black People. Not all White People are racist; many of them have fought with us to end Black suffering in America. Nonetheless, the U.S. Department of Justice statistics prove that racial discrimination infests the American education system, work force, housing market, incarceration, and every other area in American society.

What do I mean by a “Racial-Cold-War?” A cold-war is a conflict that uses tactics designed to destroy your adversary without using military action. In this country, systemic racism has been used to deny African Americans their rights to political equality, social equality and equality of opportunity guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

Systemic racism refers to white discrimination against African Americans that is built into the institutions of America. Some of the results of systemic racism are as follows:

*In this country, on average, a white person without a highschool diploma earns more money than an African American with a college degree.

*According to the U.S. Department of Justice, White People are arrested for 70% of all violent crimes, 70% of property crimes, and 70% of drug offences; whereas, African Americans are arrested for 27% of all crime categories, but there are more African Americans in prison than White Americans (429,000 African prisoners, 403,600 White prisoner).

*On average, White American households have ten times the wealth of African American households (White American households =$170,000; African American households =$17,000).

29% of African Americans dropout of highschool; only 12% of White Americans dropout. (See The World Almanac And Book of Facts, 2019)

Many White Americans will claim that there is no “systemic racism” in America. But the evidence is clear. White people prefer to hire White Americans without a college degree before they will hire an African American. And they will send an African American to prison three times more often than a White American. White People discriminate against African Americans in every institution this country, the facts don’t lie.

How do we solve this problem? History has given us the blueprint of how to stop racial discrimination. In the 1960’s, civil rights leaders learned that we have to use consumer power to force change. When African Americans boycotted the bus system, White people stopped forcing African Americans to go to the back of the bus and give up their seats to White People.

Today, the African American community has to come together and stop spending their money with companies in order to force them to change. African Americans are the number one consumers in this country. All we have to do is to financially punish companies. African Americans should stop buying new cars, or stop going to fast food restaurants until White People stop sending Black people to prison three times more often than Whites, start hiring Black People, start improving the quality of education in public schools, etc. In order for us to start spending money with those companies, this country has to end racial discrimination. Money is power in this country. As long as white people don’t fear any consequences for their racial discrimination, they have no reason to stop.

Protesting is a powerful tool, but we must combine boycotts with our protest. When they stop getting our money, they will stop discriminating against us. History has taught us that.

Racism continues to choke the life out of the African American community. Racism is dead serious. If you don’t want your son or daughter to grow up in a world where they have a hard time getting a good job and a good education, then we have to boycott. If you don’t want to have to worry about your son or daughter being murdered by the police or stuck in a prison cell, then we should boycott. If you want your child to get a good education, then we have to boycott. When we come together and stop spending money with those who seek to do us harm, then they will realize that we mean business. Where there is unity, there is strength.

Juneteenth Pt 2

And in no nation was this opinion more firmly fixed or more uniformly acted upon than by the English Government and English People. They not only seized them on the coast of Africa, and sold or held them in slavery for their own use; but they took them as ordinary articles of merchandise to every country where they could make a profit on them, and were far more extensively engaged in this commerce than any other nation in the world.

The opinion thus entertained and acted upon in England was naturally impressed upon the colonies they founded on this side of the Atlantic. And, accordingly, a negro of the Africa race was regarded by them as an article of property, and held, and brought and sold as such, in every one of the thirteen colonies which united in the (Declaration of Independence”, and afterwards formed the “Constitution of the United States”). . . Upon the whole, therefore, it is the judgement of the court, that it appears by the record before us that the plaintiff in errors is not a citizen of Missouri, in the sense in which that word is used in the Constitution. . . .

With that being said, be careful, for, if you truly wish to celebrate “Juneteenth” as a National Holiday / Day Of Independence, then July 4th, must be sat aside as it was/is regarded as a day of independence for the European nation as they broke away from Britain, and the which place the African Negro in perpetual slavery. (See also, the Virginia Slave Act of 1661 & 1705, and the Laws of Virginia, October 1748 — George II (Sec. IX. – [Who may have a Christian servant]).

Then the question to be asked: What is the difference between the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution?

The difference between the Declaration of Independence, and the U.S. Constitution is, the Declaration was made for the European People here declaring something to the world, and its Constitution was made for themselves. . . Not for the so-called (Negro, Black, Colored and African American), because according to this constitution, there is NO SUCH THING as a (Negro, Black, Colored or African American). Question: Then, who are you and what is your nationality that you may be recognized by this government and the nations of the world?

In conclusion, please remember that this article is about adopting “JUNETEENTH” as a National Holiday for the descendants of X-Slaves or the “New Class” of people created by President Abraham Lincoln in 1865 during the time of slavery. Although the Constitution of the United States is one of the GREATEST documents every written, focus on the topic of: ——– “Juneteenth” or the “Fourth Of July?”

Peace!

Juneteenth Pt. 1

In short, if You seek to make JUNETEENTH [June 19th.] A National Holiday for the Asiatics so-called (African-American) — then You should consider first give-up the Fourth Of July as your National Holiday. Why? Because the Fourth of July is celebrated as the “Day Of Independence” [JULY 4th, 1776] in which, a manifesto of the representatives of the 13 American colonies (All Europeans) asserted their independence and explained the reasons for their break with Britain. Not for the African American. Remember, the Asiatics (so-called African Negro) was in perpetual slavery! And when their U. S. constitution was written, the African Negro was Not included. (See the Dred Scott Case of 1857). . . Why? Because the Asiatic (so-called Negro, Black, Colored, or African American) was NEVER intended or included in the making of America as a Citizen.

AN OVERVIEW:

The Dred Scott case, was a suit brought by Scott, a slave from Missouri, on the grounds that temporary residence in a territory in which slavery was banned under the MISSOURI COMPROMISE had made him free. The majority opinion of the U.S. Supreme Court in 1857, read by Chief Justice Tandy, held that Scott, as an African Negro, could Never be a citizen of any state, and therefore could not sue his owner in federal court. Tandy should have ended his opinion here but, instead plunged on to declare that even if Scott could sue, his sojourn in free territory did not make him free because Congress’ ban on slavery in the Missouri Compromise was unconstitutional; furthermore, Tandy went on to ask the question and define it, in the same opinion, asking simply: Can a negro, whose ancestors were imported into this country, and sold as slaves, becoming a member of the political community formed and brought into existence by the Constitution of the United States, and as such become entitled to all the rights, and privileges, and immunities, guaranteed by that instrument to the citizens? One of which rights is the privilege of suing in a court of the United States in the case specified in the Constitution.

It will be observed, that the plea applies to the class of persons only whose ancestors were (Negroes) of the African race and imported into this country, and sold and held as slaves. The only matter in issue bed the court, therefore, is whether the descendants of such slaves, when they shall be emancipated, or who are born of parents who became free before their birth, are citizen is used in the Constitution of the United States. And this being the only matter in dispute on the pleadings, the court must be understood as speaking in this opinion of that class only, that is, of those persons who are the descendants of Africans who were imported into this country, and sold as slaves.

. . .Chief Justice Tandy, went on to state in the Scott case, that: The words”people of the United States” and “citizens” are synonymous terms, and mean the same thing. They both describe the political body who, according to our republican institutions, form the sovereignty, and who hold the power and conduct the Government through their representatives. They are what we familiarly call the “sovereign people,” and every citizen is one of these people, and a constituent member of this sovereignty. The question before us is, whether the class of persons described in the plea in abatement compose a portion of this people and are constituent members of this sovereignty?

We think “they are Not,” and that they are Not included, and were not intended to be included, under the word “citizen” in the Constitution, and can therefore claim none of the rights and privileges which that instrument provides for and secures to citizens of the United States. On the other contrary, they were at the time considered as a subordinate and inferior class of beings, who had been subject to the dominant race, and whether emancipated or not, yet remained subject to their authority, and had no rights or privileges but such as those who held the power and the Government might choose to grant them. . . .

. . .In the opinion of the court, the legislation and histories of the times, and the language used in the Declaration of Independence, show, that neither the class of people who had been imported as slaves, nor their descendants, whether they had become free or not, were then acknowledged as a part of the people, nor intended to be included in the general words used in that “memorable” instrument.

It is difficult at this day to realize the state of public opinion in relation to that unfortunate race, which prevailed in the civilized and enlightened portions of the world at the time of the “Declaration of Independence,” and when the Constitution of the United States was framed and adopted. But the public history of every European nation displays it in a manner too plain to be mistaken.

They has for more than a century before been regarded as beings of an inferior order, and altogether unfit to associate with the white race, either in social or political relations, and sofar inferior, that they had no rights which the white man was bound to respect, and that the negro might justly and lawfully be reduced to slavery for his benefit.

He was brought and sold and treated as an ordinary article of merchandise and traffic, whenever a profit could be made by it. This opinion was at that time fixed and universal in the civilized portion of the white race. It was regarded as an axiom in morals as well as in politics; which no one thought of disputing, or supposed to be open to dispute, and men in every grade and position in society daily and habitually acted upon it in their private pursuits, as well as in matters of public concern, without doubting for a moment the correctness of this opinion.

P.O.L.I.C.E.

What our eyes are witnessing in this new era of time is White America still in style, all powerful at the hands of today’s government & police still corrupted. (Pushing Oppressive Laws Injustice Causing Eradication) of the so called black man & woman an America made negro.

The government in which we reside for numerous centuries of oppression, slavery & mind altering techniques has stopped so called African Americans from changing for the better or reaching an equal platform to be treated as first class citizens.

Much of African Americans experiences have been self-deteriorating, a result of having endured the worst element of Eurocentric hegemony. Historically, many European Americans questioned the very humanity of Africans in the interest of material, gain and control, thus creating an entire Socio-political structure designed to enforce and perpetuate the dehumanization of so called African people.

An example of this is draining & pillaging of Africa & all her resources and the slave triangle of North America, Europe & Africa. As Mr. James Baldwin said 57 years ago! “white Americans do not understand the depths out of which such an ironic tenacity comes, but they suspect that the force is sensual, & they are terrified of sensuality and do not any longer understand it.”

As it relates to the so called black race, the white man heaven is the black mans hell & the American dream has been our nightmare. And one may object but it has been true for as long as so called white men have ruled the world.

Mr. Baldwin said: He could not feel, in those sorrowful years, that this human indifference, concerning which he knew so much already, would be his portion on the day that the United States decided to murder it’s negroes systematically instead of little by little and catch-as-catch-can.”

Which we are witnessing the systematically death as well as a physical death! from the hands of those who are to protect and serve the community of the American people who are unable to protect themselves. By the removing of the black man from the home! leaving the women to raise children on her own. From the so called black man being hunted down & slaughtered in the streets by law enforcement.

Creating another cycle of a broken home & broken minds! from the young woman of a single parent falling victim to unplanned pregnancy, rape, prostitution & drugs. And the young man following a path of destruction either to join a gang, sell drugs, gun down by Street life! or slain by law enforcement or thrown in prison from the color of his skin.

All created from a system that has never been in favor of the so call black race! who is recognized as being subhuman or 3/5ths of a person. Which leads to (Pushing Oppressive Laws Injustice Causing Eradication) of the so called black person.

So is it safe to say the system is not only bias & broken but also has a license to kill? because any death that is committed without a license is against the law!. Meaning in power within government affairs, due to the fact the white America government are the biggest criminals & incorporate laws that benefit their protection & laws that create more hardship on people of color within urban communities across the country.

As we see politics in everything we do in this new era of time, I can say people across the globe have no choice but to pay attention to the cause of the so called black man death rate. As well as issues on mass incarceration, & prison reform in white America.

History has been proven to repeat itself from what we our witnessing in today’s society as well as our history becoming his-story! We went from seeing the kkk wearing sheets over their heads, turning them in for police badges & uniforms giving them a license to kill.

We seen war on drugs! To war on crime, but in reality it has always been war on black lives! Which the government embraces all the above through the act of war! which is the promotion of violence!.

Now 57 years later, the so called blacks can enter in the front doors of white owned establishments, ride in the front seats of buses & can finally obtain employment within government agencies. But in the same breath still are not allowed in certain communities unless we are recognized as being rich.

Looking at what has remained the same from 57 years ago & has not changed in regards of people (Protesting Oppression hasn’t Led Into Color Equality). Which we have been seeking since the emancipation days of slavery to be equal to white America!.

Although what did & has taken place from 57 years ago is Bobby Kennedy’s assurance did check out when he said: A negro can become President in 40years to the unfortunate tone of warm congratulation with so many liberals address their negro equals.

As I made mention earlier, more so called black people has been instituted into the positions that was once unattainable in government for the colored person. On that note you still see puppets being strung along by the puppet Master the man behind the veil that’s really pulling the strings & calling the shots.

No difference from the house nigga doing what he is told to do. Becoming brainwashed to push the agenda of the slave master for the gain of a better life style from the demise & devouring of their own people. Thinking they are equal but just another nigga who’s labeled a sellout.

In closing, the focus should continue to be upon the status of equal to white America. As well as promoting war on helping inner cities, war on producing more jobs, better education, housing, family support, mass incarceration along with (Protesting Oppressive Laws Injustice Causing Eradication).

If not, we will keep witnessing more Rodney king beatings, Trevon Martin killings, Michael Brown, Eric Gardner, Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, Rayshard Brooks etc. Falling victim to the hands of the POLICE.

While white America keep allowing them to beat all charges! Police brutality will continue!!!

Conservative Movement Pt 2

Modern day Conservative thinking never was nor has it ever been about equality for the minority, only — tolerance due to the new era of time, but now with Trump in office, they no longer have to tolerate the minority. They are saying to the minority; you have been over-stepping your boundary for far to long. Why? Because of “liberal” laws as conservatives put it. Pay close attention to their language brothers and sisters and as you have noticed, “liberals” are no longer in power!, and it’s not just geared toward the minority, but Anyone who does not share their conservative way of life. The invisible Jim Crow System is Now In Full Effect! Wake-Up Young Brothers and Sisters, It’s Your Time! VOTE!

I wish to tell you a story about a slave who had gained his “Freedom”, and every time he entered a town or seen on the road, he was noticed immediately and questioned. Why? Because slaves could not travel alone, anywhere, and when on a road or in a town, a slave was with his master, and if not, he was approached by a Slave Master so-called [White man] and questioned — [where are your papers?] and he would become submissive, with eyes to the ground still being treated and looked upon as a slave, although he was a “Free Man.” If he did not humble himself, he would be Murdered!
This is still true to this very day. When you are driving in your nice expensive car that you’ve worked hard to buy, headed home in your upscaled neighborhood, you are pulled over and questioned. What is demanded of you? [Where Are Your Papers?] Once again, you MUST humble yourself or you might be Murdered! Ask the Rapper (T.I.), what happened to him in (March? 2018) — when he left his keys and tried to enter his upscale [a gated community]. He made it home to his family that night, but Breona Taylor, George Floyd and many others did not. What historical events does these actions resemble?

The [Gestapo, a secret police force of the Germany Nazi state, notorious for its terrorism, brutality and murder tactics], and there’s nothing you can do about it. The United States has now become “THE RISE OF THE FOURTH REICH,” meaning: “Internal Secret Police Forces” under the guise of protecting the American people and “The Department of Homeland Security,” has made the U.S. a Militarized Police State: Totalitarian / Authoritarian Rule. Can you see Trump now? And what is Congress doing about it? NOTHING!
To deepen my point; in an article written by Keith Johnson: Federal Grants Pay to Militarize Local Police. And since September 11, 2001, thousands communities across America have taken advantage of more with $34 billion in central government grants to equip police and sheriffs’ departments with assault rifles and exotic military weaponry.
In 2011 alone, approximately $2 billion in grants were awarded by the Department of Homeland Security, along with $500 million more allotted to existing programs. The accounting for this expense was recently compiled by the Center for Investigative Reporting and detailed in a report, America’s War Within: Homeland Security and the first 10 years of the war on terror. After reviewing records from 41 states and interviewing over two dozen officers and terrorism experts, researcher G.W. Schultz concludes that police departments have transformed into small army-like forces.
Federal grants are just one avenue police are using to get weaponry like armored vehicles, grenade launchers and M-16 assault rifles, suited to use on a battlefield. In 2011, the Department of Defense gave away a record total of more than $500 million worth of military surplus to local law enforcement through its little-known to the public 1033 program.
Passed by Congress in 1997, the 1033 program was created to provide law-enforcement agencies with tools to fight drugs and terrorism, writes Benjamin Carson in a article for The Daily. Since then, more than 17,000 agencies have taken in 2.6 billion worth of equipment. . . paying only the cost of delivery.
These are not given to the cops to fight terrorism, and the National Safety Council notes: . . .”You are eight times more likely to be killed by the police than by a terrorist.”

Do you now understand this article? Some may Not. Why? Because you have to be Black to understand. Its a cultural thing and even with some of our own people, they don’t have a clue, they would have to live one of these episodes first-hand to get it, and some still may not — saying; “he was just doing his job.” Just ask [CARLTON FROM THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL-AIR]. Need I say more? Yes!

Question? What is the answer? One answer is:

We need to raise the consciousness of our men and women, at the same time making them aware of our plight. How? By teaching them how to think for themselves and who they are, how to Love Instead of Hate. And we too of like-mindedness need to live close together and share our resources. Now our goal and meeting our objective should be?

The Goal: The ultimate objective is to address the educational needs of Our people, to endow an institution of learning that would compliment the general education provided by public and private schools and colleges.

The Objective: To prepare highly skilled, committed men and women and youth who would serve the community; to effectively recruit and prepare them to become productive citizens of society and ready for full participation in life, growth and development; and to ensure community vibrancy by effectively preparing those who have live through experiences and are now ready to give back.
We must now get out and VOTE, VOTE, VOTE!!!

Peace!

“Breaking Through the Wall”-Cam

I took a course this semester called Urban & Community Studies. The course focused on a few main themes:

1. Changing Cities — The multiple forces and related impacts by which U.S. cities have been transformed , demographically, physically, economically, and culturally from the 1940s to today.

2. Black Urban Communities — The growth, consolidation, and continued evolution of black communities within U.S. cities during this period and the corresponding view in U.S. popular culture that closely associated black people with cities.

3. Grassroots Activism — Various local efforts and community-based work within cities, particularly among black residents, to create healthy, sustainable, and just urban communities and to project new visions for cities in the 21 century.

Healing through Storytelling” would be my fourth theme for the course. Throughout this semester, we have read books, viewed clips from shows and movies, and shared our own personal experiences discussing the topic of Black urban communities, activism, and changing cities. As I have stated before, many classes and the sources used to learn material have been very academic based and sometimes without room for the growth of new ideas, only the teaching of existing ones created by scholars.

The material and discussions were centered around the student’s ideas when reading some academic material, but also experiential work as well. We were given the opportunity to form our own thoughts and understanding of the topics listed above. It is in this open-mindedness and sharing of stories that we can all move towards communities that enable us to grow and live in equality.
