As I sat thinking about how and what to write on such a sensitve topic, I kept asking myself where to begin.

Do I start with the fact that although blacks in America only comprise about 12% of the population, they also–stunningly–make up damn near 50% of America’s prison, jail, and detention facility population?

Or do I go further back and begin with the fact that anyone who lives in American inner cities (mostly blacks) is seldom afforded their Constitutionally guaranteed right to a trial by a jury of their peers, because when a poor person goes to trial in these United States and is found guilty, he/she is punished harshly (well beyond the norm) to make an example. That way, when the next young, poor, often black or brown, man or woman find themselves standing in a courthouse they capitulate. Because regardless of whether you are guilty or innocent of your crime, if you are poor and black in America they want you so terrified of that supper-long prison sentence that you take whatever “deal” they offer.

And the reason for this evil scheme is simple: nobody gives two turds about our most underrepresented communities. No one cares whether there is enough money to guarantee little black kids an education, let alone whether they receive the right to a fair trial.

So when those black kids grow up and are locked away for years and decades and lifetimes, they remember how they were treated their whole lives. They remember how the white–or mostly white–government held them back. They remember how the white–or mostly white–teachers in their overcrowded inner schools lacked the ability and the time to help them learn, yet passed them anyway. They remember how the white–or mostly white–police officers harassed them, beat them, and murdered them. And then, after all that, when they finally find themselves imprisoned in a world where they are the majority, all that anger and frustration comes boiling out on the new minority, the very same white people (or so they think) who screwed them over their entire lives. Only now those white people are also convicts.

To add fuel to the flames, the minority whites, not really understanding what is going on, and how this viscous cycle is so deadly, grow even more racist, or, even if they’d never had a racist bone in their bodies, they find themselves forced to mingle with racist individuals and gangs because they fear the black inmates so badly.

Luckily, over the last several years, I’ve noticed that as many of the level-minded convicts (black and white alike) start to mellow out and mature, they have begun to realize the truth. That the idea of white and black in American prisons–and across America herself–is a deceptive illusion. In prison there are really only two opposing teams: Team Prison Guard, and Team Convict. There is no Team White or Team Black.

And Team Prison Guard already always has the home field advantage, so we of Team Convict need to get our act together and realize we are all playing for the same team reguardless of race, creed, religion, sexual orientation, or anything else that sets us apart.

That’s why I am calling on all white Americans to join the Black Lives Matter movement. Not because they are black and we are white, but because here is a fight we can all get behind. Here is a fight that can unite us onto the same team.

The police in America have begun to kill people in unprecedented numbers, and are seldom held accountable. True, for every two young black men killed by police, there is only one young white man whom is killed. But this number, as lopsided and demented as it is, proves two things: One; that the police really are racist. And Two; that they are actually murdering people, whites included.

The only question I have, Dear Reader, is this: What are you going to do about it?

My name is Jerry Metcalf, and I wish to make the world a better place. If you do too, please join me @ Facebook.com.

Kelly Farris

SHERIFFS PHYSICALLY ABUSE BLACK WOMAN MURDER HER UNBORN CHILD, SEXUALLY ABUSE HER AND KEPT THEIR JOBS

A young woman in her twenties named Kelly Farris was sitting in her car when the police approached her vehicle and began questioning her about an argument that she had with another female. When the police told her to get out of her car, she informed them that she needed help getting out because of her leg injury. The police responded by snatching her out the car and dragging her to the police station.

At the police station, the Oakland County Sheriffs treated her like trash. They put a sack over her head, twisted her arm and began choking her. While she was screaming that she couldn’t breathe and pleading for them to stop because she was pregnant, the officers slammed her face against the wall and ordered her to get naked. Ms. Farris begged them to not make her strip in front of a room full of men. Ignoring her pleas, they cut the clothes off her back until she was completely nude in a room full of male sheriffs. Humiliated, Kelly curled her shaking body into a ball and tried to conceal her naked body.

Immediately, after being choked, beat, and humiliated, Kelly Farris learned that the Oakland County Sherrif had killed her baby. WOW! And to add insult to injury, they never ha enough evidence to charged her with a crime.

What type of country do we live in where the police can treat a pregnant Black Woman worst than a dog and get away with it? Our tax dollars pay their salaries, so we are actually paying them to abuse woman and murder people, including unborn children. And their “officers union” protects them. The police are out of control, and no one is holding them accountable for their abuse.

Seeing those men brutilizing that young woman and ripping her clothes of reminded me of a how slave holder used to beat and rape Black Women, and cut babies out of their stomachs. There were no consequences for slave holders and there were no consequences for the officer who violate Kelly Farris. They were not charged nor suspended. They kept earning their huge salaries with not even receiving a slap on the wrist for the murder of the child.

The police in this country are untouchable. They have qualified immunity. For generations, society has blindly trusted the police and treated them like they had inherently high moral qualities. However, the police are no different than lying politicians, crooked lawyers, and shady businessmen. The police are fallible human beings just like anyone else, yet we have given them free rein to take away a citizen’s life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. And we have no way of adequately monitoring their absolute power.

Why is it that In this country we hardly ever hear about the police murdering a White Man or violating a White Woman? Why do the police believe that it is okay for them to kill a Black Woman’s unborn child and not be punished for it? Why do White politicians claim that there is no systemic racism within the police force?

The answer is because Black People are powerless to defend themselves against them. Knowledge is power. Until the Black community comes together and learn how to force politicians to change laws and punish police who abuse their power, the police will continue to openly terrorize Black Americans.

Racial “Cold War” in America

There is a racial “Cold-War” going on in America. In the past, White people openly lynched, torchered, and exploited Black People. Times have changed. Now, racists disguise their true intentions behind laws designed to allow police officers and vigilante White People to legally murder Black People. Not all White People are racist; many of them have fought with us to end Black suffering in America. Nonetheless, the U.S. Department of Justice statistics prove that racial discrimination infests the American education system, work force, housing market, incarceration, and every other area in American society.

What do I mean by a “Racial-Cold-War?” A cold-war is a conflict that uses tactics designed to destroy your adversary without using military action. In this country, systemic racism has been used to deny African Americans their rights to political equality, social equality and equality of opportunity guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

Systemic racism refers to white discrimination against African Americans that is built into the institutions of America. Some of the results of systemic racism are as follows:

*In this country, on average, a white person without a highschool diploma earns more money than an African American with a college degree.

*According to the U.S. Department of Justice, White People are arrested for 70% of all violent crimes, 70% of property crimes, and 70% of drug offences; whereas, African Americans are arrested for 27% of all crime categories, but there are more African Americans in prison than White Americans (429,000 African prisoners, 403,600 White prisoner).

*On average, White American households have ten times the wealth of African American households (White American households =$170,000; African American households =$17,000).

29% of African Americans dropout of highschool; only 12% of White Americans dropout. (See The World Almanac And Book of Facts, 2019)

Many White Americans will claim that there is no “systemic racism” in America. But the evidence is clear. White people prefer to hire White Americans without a college degree before they will hire an African American. And they will send an African American to prison three times more often than a White American. White People discriminate against African Americans in every institution this country, the facts don’t lie.

How do we solve this problem? History has given us the blueprint of how to stop racial discrimination. In the 1960’s, civil rights leaders learned that we have to use consumer power to force change. When African Americans boycotted the bus system, White people stopped forcing African Americans to go to the back of the bus and give up their seats to White People.

Today, the African American community has to come together and stop spending their money with companies in order to force them to change. African Americans are the number one consumers in this country. All we have to do is to financially punish companies. African Americans should stop buying new cars, or stop going to fast food restaurants until White People stop sending Black people to prison three times more often than Whites, start hiring Black People, start improving the quality of education in public schools, etc. In order for us to start spending money with those companies, this country has to end racial discrimination. Money is power in this country. As long as white people don’t fear any consequences for their racial discrimination, they have no reason to stop.

Protesting is a powerful tool, but we must combine boycotts with our protest. When they stop getting our money, they will stop discriminating against us. History has taught us that.

Racism continues to choke the life out of the African American community. Racism is dead serious. If you don’t want your son or daughter to grow up in a world where they have a hard time getting a good job and a good education, then we have to boycott. If you don’t want to have to worry about your son or daughter being murdered by the police or stuck in a prison cell, then we should boycott. If you want your child to get a good education, then we have to boycott. When we come together and stop spending money with those who seek to do us harm, then they will realize that we mean business. Where there is unity, there is strength.

Thoughts Beyond the Wall

What up doe? I am bringing you these raw “THOUGHTS” from “BEYOND THE WALL” at Thumb Correctional Facility in Lapeer, Michigan. I’ve done over 22 calendar years on this prison-bit, and I can tell you that these wall closed in on me time and time again. Closing in so tight I couldn’t breathe- George Floyd. Making me feel I’d be better off dead than to not try and stop the pain and get away- Rayshard Brooks.

My mom died 12 years after I entered these gates of hell. During that time, she lived in approximately 17 different places, mostly homeless shelters. We believed that God would bring us back together in this life time but it didn’t happen. My pain isn’t that mom died, but that she never truly lived. I’d left my mom all alone to fend for herself in a cruel world. Not only did I have to deal with the pain of regret but also the pains of prison.

Everyone behind these walls have their own unique horror story to tell. We are all under extreme pressure from the sky-high walls of pain, shame, and despair. No one leaves here without battle scars of war; either on their bodies, their mind, or both. Often times, it feels like family, friends, and society have written us off for dead. Behind these walls, we are constantly devalued, dehumanized, and made to feel less than.

Some days, the oppression would get so thick that negative thoughts karate chopped my mind like Bruce Lee on meth. No matter how hard I tried to better my condition, I couldn’t stop the walls from drowning out success. However, after years of coming up short and self-destructing, I made up my mind to want better. A light bulb went off and I realized that no matter what anyone did or didn’t do for me, I had the power to think “THOUGHTS BEYOND THE WALL”.

Notice that thoughts BEYOND the wall is completely different than thoughts BEHIND the wall. When we only think thoughts that focus on our pain, shame, and despair, we remain in the same condition. But when we use our power to think thoughts BEYOND the wall, we see ourselves in a new light as God intended. That remains true for both those in prison or society. So ask yourself, are you thinking thoughts beyond or behind the wall?

Conservative Moment Pt. 2-Richard Dyer

Modern day Conservative thinking never was nor has it ever been about equality for the minority, only — tolerance due to the new era of time, but now with Trump in office, they no longer have to tolerant the minority. They are saying to the minority; you have been over-stepping your boundary for far to long. Why? Because of “liberal” laws as conservatives put it. Pay close attention to their language brothers and sisters and as you have noticed, “liberals” are no longer in power!, and it’s not just geared toward the minority, but Anyone who does not share their conservative way of life. The invisible Jim Crow System is Now In Full Effect! Wake-Up Young Brothers and Sisters, It’s Your Time! VOTE!

In wish to tell you a story about a slave who had gained his “Freedom”, and every time he entered a town or seen on the road, he was noticed immediately and questioned. Why? Because slaves could not travel alone, anywhere, and when on a road or in a town, a slave was with his master, and if not, he was approached by a Slave Master so-called [White man] and questioned — [where are your papers?] and he would become submissive, with eyes to the ground still being treated and looked upon as a slave, although he was a “Free Man.” If he did not humble himself, he would be Murdered!
This is still true to this very day. When you are driving in your nice expensive car that you’ve worked hard to buy, headed home in your upscaled neighborhood, you are pulled over and questioned. What is demanded of you? [Where Are Your Papers?] Once again, you MUST humble yourself or you might be Murdered! Ask the Rapper (T.I.), what happened to him in (March? 2018) — when he left his keys and tried to enter his upscale [a gated community]. He made it home to his family that night, but Breona Taylor, George Floyd and many others did not. What historical events does these actions resemble?

The [Gestapo, a secret police force of the Germany Nazi state, notorious for its terrorism, brutality and murder tactics], and there’s nothing you can do about it. The United States has now become “THE RISE OF THE FOURTH REICH,” meaning: “Internal Secret Police Forces” under the guise of protecting the American people and “The Department of Homeland Security,” has made the U.S. a Militarized Police State: Totalitarian / Authoritarian Rule. Can you see Trump now? And what is Congress doing about it? NOTHING!
To deepen my point; In an article written by Keith Johnson: Federal Grants Pay to Militarize Local Police. And since September 11, 2001, thousands communities across America have taken advantage of more with $34 billion in central government grants to equip police and sheriffs’ departments with assault rifles and exotic military weaponry.
In 2011 alone, approximately $2 billion in grants were awarded by the Department of Homeland Security, along with $500 million more allotted to existing programs. The accounting for this expense was recently compiled by the Center for Investigative Reporting and detailed in a report, America’s War Within: Homeland Security and the first 10 years of the war on terror. After reviewing records from 41 states and interviewing over two dozen officers and terrorism experts, researcher G.W. Schultz concludes that police departments have transformed into small army-like forces.
Federal grants are just one avenue police are using to get weaponry like armored vehicles, grenade launchers and M-16 assault rifles, suited to use on a battlefield. In 2011, the Department of Defense gave away a record total of more than $500 million worth of military surplus to local law enforcement through its little-known to the public 1033 program.
Passed by Congress in 1997, the 1033 program was created to provide law-enforcement agencies with tools to fight drugs and terrorism, writes Benjamin Carson in a article for The Daily. Since then, more than 17,000 agencies have taken in 2.6 billion worth of equipment. . . paying only the cost of delivery.
These are not given to the cops to fight terrorism, and the National Safety Council notes: . . .”You are eight times more likely to be killed by the police than by a terrorist.”

Do you now understand this article? Some may Not. Why? Because you have to be Black to understand. Its a cultural thing and even with some of our own people, they don’t have a clue, they would have to live one of these episodes first-hand to get it, and some still may not — saying; “he was just doing his job.” Just ask [CARLTON FROM THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL-AIR]. Need I say more? Yes!

Question? What is the answer? One answer is:

We need to raise the consciousness of our men and women, at the same time making them aware of our plight. How? By teaching them how to think for themselves and who they are, how to Love Instead of Hate. And we too of like-mindedness need to live close together and share our resources. Now our goal and meeting our objective should be?

The Goal: The ultimate objective is to address the educational needs of Our people, to endow an institution of learning that would compliment the general education provided by public and private schools and colleges.

The Objective: To prepare highly skilled, committed men and women and youth who would serve the community; to effectively recruit and prepare them to become productive citizens of society and ready for full participation in life, growth and development; and to ensure community vibrancy by effectively preparing those who have live through experiences and are now ready to give back.
We must now get out and VOTE, VOTE, VOTE!!!

Peace!

Conservative Movement Pt 1-Richard Dyer

Greetings, Brothers And Sisters,

In writing this article, it takes great pains in knowing and understanding the plight that is still before our group today. What do I mean? We, as a group within the United States are still under the iron-hand oppression of the pale skin nation, even as a so-called free citizen in the so-called “LAND OF THE FREE!”

The forgoing article was written in 2017, and I’ve been updating it every since. Let me start from the beginning of this writing and bring you up to the present events that are still plaguing our group, and no matter how much you think you are immune from it hitting you directly, it will. This writer’s topic started when Donald J. Trump took office as president of the United Stages. It’s called CONSERVATIVE MOVE — and we know before this he claimed to be a Democrat; until he understood he could not get into office because of his view points, but from a conservative perspective, he could make his move.

On Inauguration day, Donald Trump’s inaugural address expressed the chaos and division to come to all of America, with his (fire-and-brimstone) speech — and we know, ignorance brings chaos not knowledge.

Trump came up in the age when politicians in both the South and North rose to power on the backlash against the civil rights movement!!! Trump learned the language of “law and order” from Richard Nixon as a racist dog whistle; from Charles Lindbergh, the popularity of the slogan “America First”; and from his mentor Roy Cohn, he learned the effectiveness of smearing opponents with sprays of rapid-fire insults with the method of rarely attacking one opponent or weighting in on a single issue, while sighting a long list of problems that he claims the other political party have either ducked or botched. So, there is a method to his madness. Why do I say this? (Remember Senator Joseph McCarthy in the 1950’s and his hunt for Communist agents? [McCarthyism]), so study-up on those he studied and learned from, and you will find that Trump’s ideology is not something new, but he finds that the repackaging of older forms of American xenophobia and authoritarianism will get him where he wants to be. But know this; History Will Judge Him Harshly and Those Who Were Complicit. . . Orange is “No Longer” the New Black”

CONSERVATIVE MOVE ——-

“Conservative Move,” a Real Estate Company and movement for like-minded conservatives, founded by a conservative European so-called [White man] around 2010, who moved from the West Coast to Texas and now his company moves other like-minded conservative Europeans from liberal States like California, Oregon, Washington State, etc., and relocate them to conservative states like Texas and Alabama. This creates a voter’s block to help vote conservatives into office.

Do you know that more than 90% of elected government officials in these conservative states have been re-elected to office since 1992, and since Trumpism arrived, these conservative [hate-pocket-groups] have elevated their activities with presidential approval.

Look at the activities with the NFL. In September 2017, stemming from the protest of Colin Kaepernick in 2016, a black NFL quarterback who took a knee during the National Anthem before each game, calling attention to the “injustice”, “murder”, and “mass incarceration” of the many brothers and sisters all across American and no one being held accountable, even when a murder is captured on video.

Now Kaepernick’s message has been lost after the Trump attack on Black NFL players for taking a knee during the National Anthem, this was after his Vice President Mike Pence went to a NFL game and players on both sides took a knee and Pence left shortly thereafter. Trump made a speech and said: “If I was an owner, I would say; Get those sons of b****** off the field — YOU’RE FIRED!” After this remark from Trump, the media went wild, and the true message of Kaepernick was lost. How so? It became more about protesting Trump then equality for the black community.

Then on September 24, 2017, Jerry Jones, Owner of the Dallas Cowboys locked arms and kneeing in solidarity with his players (before) the singing of the National Anthem, then standing at attention during the anthem. And on September 28, 2017, Thursday Night NFL game; Green Bay Packers quarterback, Aaron Rogers’ request for fans and players to lock-arms before the anthem, then stand at attention for anthem, to protest Trump, further moving away from the true meaning of what Kaepernick and other black players protest are/were all about [How Ignorant And Tone Death Is Rogers]. . . This being an [Act of European psychology] as they have always done when we bring or call attention to Our issues. Aaron Rogers could never understand our plight nor our culture. Jerry Jones on the other hand understood that he could not let this effect his business. Now do YOU understand why Jerry Jones took a knee before the anthem? The NFL owners convened at the [Round Table] and sent Jerry Jones forth. Removing the True meaning / Real issue of the protest. Afterwards, Jerry Jones came out and said: “. . . no player on my team will take a knee during the National Anthem.”

Business move for him, (shifting the focus) for Trump, while the problem continues and what’s worse; refusing to address the Real Issue, even when forced to do so. Yes, they had a meeting with the NFL Players Union Reps and said they would (donate) a certain amount of money to inner city programs and youth centers, etc., but once again — Never Addressing the Real Issues. See where I’m going?
“The Great Cultural Divide” is what it is and with the conservative thought movement [hate-pocket-groups] gaining momentum once again — openly, you either get on board or be crushed to powder. This is the conservative mentality toward people attaching importance to anything other than their agenda, mainly — the Black community!

Supposed to be-Sheldon March

S u p p o s e T o B e

When you see things through your God eyes, the more beautiful the view, the greater the experience for your mind in seeing the divine design the way it is “suppose to be”. This world has times, life has moments, where circumstances, events and tribulations comprise experiences that test connections and/or consciousness of our divine sight.

Some things appear beyond our understanding at first sight. Some things are so heavy that they pressure our focus into a great concentration. The understanding we do not see appears in just being the experience it is “suppose to be”. That concentrated focus can be misguided by the weight being allowed to rest on a single point instead of balancing with the whole being, as it is “suppose to be”.

As we learn more of things are how they are “suppose to be”, the more we appreciate the purity in each moment. Even when things are in their “suppose to be” present, the perfection in that is so things can be seen exactly how they are. If not for this, what, when, why, and how to do better wouldn’t have a where to begin. The evolution of all things will manifest. This too, is how things are “suppose to be”. How things are is how they are “suppose to be” until changed, evolved, blossomed, grown, manifested, constructed into something else. And then, at that moment it exists, that’s how it is “suppose to be”. To appreciate things as they are is the essential view. It all begins with yourself. You being you, your greatest source of God Energy. So when you look, appreciate the blessing of being and able, to see every experience as it is “suppose to be”.

“High thinking in the most advanced sense implies possessing a mind free of all egoistic complexes. Such a mind becomes a fountain source of sparkling thoughts that nourish all that is wonderful in this world…. Possessing such a highly elevated mind while living a life of utter simplicity has been the ideal of all Saints and Sages. That ideal is there before you to adore, strive towards, and realize.”

My Condolences-Andrew Wright

When I seen the video of George Floyd being murdered, I was pissed off! But sadly, I wasn’t shocked! This story seems to be the norm in America today. Its been playing over and over for many years now.
Its clear that the American law enforcement/Department of Corrections has adopted a Gang Mantality way of thinking. The police are basically a government funded legal gang and act as such. How is it possible that one man (George Floyd) is hand cuffed and on the ground not resisting but pleading for help saying he could not breathe, and you have at least 3 other officers watching and hearing this man beg for his life while another man (police officer) puts all of his body weight in his knee on a helpless mans neck until he goes unconscious and keeps the full pressure on his neck for 3 minutes after Mr. Floyd’s body goes limp. In my opinion, every officer there should be charged with 1st degree murder/ accessary to 1st degree murder, not 3rd degree murder! Whatever happened to the police protecting and serving the community?
If this incident would’ve happened between 2 civilians/regular citizens, the survivor would have been charged to the fullest extent and denied bond. I guess as long as you take an oath and wear a uniform with a badge, or have a title as a government employee, you’re above the law! You can just go around being a bully.

Everybody who has ever delt with a bully knows their is only one way to deal with a bully. HIT’EM IN THE MOUTH! And that is what is happening right now with all these riots: the people are tired of being bullied.

The whole justice system needs to be revamped(injustice system that is). There is no justice throughout the system. They say your innocent until proven guilty, but I guess thats just for the police that commit crimes. If you’re from an impoverished community, its definitely guilty until proven innocent. Lets take the racism out of the equation for a minute. Look at a state like Michigan. Michigan has a population of almost 10 million people. Out of those 10 million people 17% of the population is black/brown, but 85% of the prison population is black or brown. But even worse than that, if you look at another demographic, 99% of the prison population comes from impoverished communities, Ghetto’s, trailer parks, slums or whatever you want to call them. The government likes to keep the race element in play to take the sight off of the bigger picture, the fact that there is just two social classes: RICH & POOR.

I grew up in Southwest Detroit. I’m Puerto Rican/caucasian and have always been labeled as (white) caucasian man. However, 95% of all my friends and family are black/brown including my own children. Growing up, we all went through the same struggles. I took the beat downs, threats, and harassments just as much as my black/brown counterparts. I definately support the protest that are going on now. I believe you have to stand for something! And you have to fight fire with fire!

However, I wish my people would see that tearing up are communities isn’t the answer. At the end of the day, we have to go back to live in those communities! We need to take the fight directly to the culprits. They need to understand that there will be repercussions for their unlawful acts. Furthermore, prosecutors and judges need to be held accountable for falsely convicting innocent people and not properly charging others because of their social standings!! At the end of the day, people just want to be treated fairly, no matter what race or social standing they have! My prayers and condolences go out to the Floyd family!

Our Black-James Crawford

Our black is beautiful, our black is love, our black is original, our black is pure , I wear my blackness with confidence. I show no fear it’s a duality to this history moment our black is hated, our black was beaten, rape , held in bondage , most of all our black was murder and y’all wonder why we got a chip on our shoulder psychological chain reaction.

Blood of a slave body of a king mind of a God it’s helluva thing, our black is one with the culture so we are equal.

Being this color pressure is applied on a day to basis the force behind chemical melanin and melationin in our brain the reason we got this glorious color on our body’s and faces the people of this color was dehumanize and sold off as live stock our ancestors was rob of their true nature as human beings whites looked at us as animals existing in a human shall.

They said we was unattractive and we came with a foul smell just thinking about how they did our people in the Atlantic Slave Trade make me stick to my stomach full of pain and rage like Nat Turner ready to rebell.

Our black come with the natted hair with a Fiske that the unlike woman and man stare born to dream chase and conquer reality mind built to cope with family tragedy, our black region supreme over all colors I hold my black fist high for solidarity and all the blacks who fought through the struggles.

They place things in our community for us to kill each other .

We refuse to be broken our black is striving to take back everything that was stolen . We just needed to be awoken to the right knowledge so wake up our black is dieing at a alarming rate you are what you eat so take that chicken off your plate get it.

Our black was brain wash they want to divide us they want us to think we are all different but they can never separate us from our black peace.
