Question: if you could sit down and have a conversation with anyone alive who would it be and why?

Answer: That’s a very good question; I would have to say my Beloved Grandmother Lovie Lee Griffin (a.k.a. MotherDear). She was the “matriarch” of our Beloved family. Throughout Afrikan history, knowledge was passed down by a griot (storyteller) and not through books. I know my beloved Grandmother could have been the griot to convey vital knowledge to me giving me a better overstanding of our beloved family history and the knowledge of self to me.

Question: Write about a ship or vehicle that could take you anywhere at this moment. Where would you go?

Answer: Since I’ve been incarcerated here in the bowels of the beast (prison) for 37-years, I would take a vehicle (car) and go straight to my beloved Mother’s house and give her the greatest gift that I could give her at this time, which is my freedom!

Question: You create any new law what would it be and why?

Answer: the law would be to establish good-time for Michigan prisoners so they could get out earlier from their sentence.
